Our award winning technology is protected by multiple US and foriegn patents. When we sell you a vertical wind tunnel, we provide the equipment and an EXCLUSIVE license to use our technology and the SkyVenture name within a defined territory.

We negotiate the size and contours of the territory with you on a case-by-case basis. This discussion is usually driven by the population density and market demographics in your area. In return for monthly royalty payments, we agree not to allow others to use our technology within your territory.
